We helped this fourth-generation family owned business create a workplace design for their new HQ that brings colleagues together in a modern and bright environment which is synonymous with their core values. 

We created a branded website to help share the move journey and engage with a staff audience who were largely still working from home.

Through smart design, collaborative spaces and new ways of working are already breaking down silos in teams and functions - increasing engagement, creating communities and enabling colleagues to work smarter. It showcases Arco’s ‘experts in safety’ credentials not only to colleagues, customers and vendors, but to future talent too. 

Ongoing communications support - creating a digital news feed of visual material to engage staff throughout the build in a period of predominant home working - helped foster a sense of ownership of a truly a great place to work.
