Visually demonstrating the accessibility challenges of buildings - particularly old buildings - was a vital component of our work with KCL. We used Vantage to map, model and monitor accessibility and assets across their Strand Campus.

With the competed the 3D build of KCL campuses, we have access to all of the relevant occupier, work settings and occupancy data for the entire University. We now use the model as a communication tool in our engagement sessions and as a means to analyse the estate and scenario plan.

After our detailed analysis of all sites and conversations with key stakeholders - KCL and iDEA came together to collectively review and define the real estate opportunities at St Thomas’ Campus.
